Stephen Chanse is a North Carolina–based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist shaped by many genres, eras, and long miles between stages. His musical life began behind a drum kit, eventually pulling him toward guitar and songwriting. While he has always held a part with vocals, his songwriting pushed him to lead vocals and fronting bands, allowing him to engage with audiences.

The journey has moved through dimly lit dive bars to larger stages. What has remained consistent is a devotion to melody, meaningful lyrics, layered harmonies, and an ongoing evolution of sound and style.
